Louis Theroux: Inside the Manosphere is a 2026 documentary directed by Adrian Choa in which the veteran broadcaster meets a cast of online "manosphere" figures — including Sneako, Myron Gaines, Harrison Sullivan (HSTikkyTokky), Justin Waller and Ed Matthews — released globally on Netflix on 11 March 2026. Theroux's method — patient, faux-naive proximity — is well suited to letting these influencers explain themselves on their own terms, and the film is a serviceable primer on what the manosphere looks like from the inside: the red-pill vocabulary, the monetised audiences, the performance of dominance.
